Miss KosmiK is offering introduction to djing classes for women in Whistler on Thursday May 2nd and 16th. A maximum of 12 women (must be 19+) can attend each class.
This is a beginner’s class for women who have little to no experience in Djing but some computer knowledge are definitely a plus. Most importantly you need a passion for music and a desire to learn.
During this class you will…
- Learn about DJ equipment (main software and hardware) and terminology with a focus on the basic operation of 2 cdj’s and a mixer.
- Get tips on organizing your music.
- Get an introduction to mixing and beatmatching.
Miss KosmiK has 10 years of djing experience on Turntables, CDjs as well as controllers and she has knowledge with Serato, Traktor and Rekordbbox programs among others.
