The Winter Solstice is the time of new beginnings, when the days are darkest but the light begins to grow again. This year is a time of new hope and optimism, for ourselves and the world.

Evolution is instinct. Let's explore the great mystery of the cosmos…

- Douglas Heselgrave, Ethnotechno.com

"No producer has so effortless and succinctly woven a diaspora of sound as Shaikh (…) his prowess has grown so great that he's able to re-invent and imagine styles like Balkan-reggae and digeridoo-jaw harp-trance."
